Octapharma has been a wonderful plasma donation experience. The staff are friendly, helpful, and caring. The facility is always clean and comfortable. The process is easy and the machines tell you the percentage of your donation completion. There’s also plenty of TV’s to watch at the facility if you don’t bring something to preoccupy yourself.

Whenever I enter the building at the Vancouver, WA. location on my donation days, I try and be in a positive and joking mood. The staff are in the same mood as Well. I have experienced anxiety attacks when I’m around large groups of people. But whenever I go in and donate I always try and focus on everything else other then the people. Whenever I talk to any of the staff I feel that they all are genuine. Just want to say thank you for helping me.

It’s been since march that i donated; a few of my favorite stabbers are gone, they moved on! The money has changed, and the place has had a good make-over! it’s still all good, most things for the greater good! I referred my youngest and after 24hrs of us both donating I received 50$, it’s nice to go somewhere were everyone knows your name, get a smile, pay it forward, and get payed! Truthfully Sherrie D.

For those who don’t know you don’t need to make an appointment or anything you just show up for your first donation. 12-3 seem to be the least busy times. Nice people, professional, and they follow proper medical procedures. They did several things I’ve never had another place do that also made sense and all places should do it. Only complaint atm is the bandage they wrapped my arm in is gross and sticky. Like I’m considering asking if I can bring my own.

Expect the first visit to take around 2.5 hours. The screening and physical checks are extensive, but the actual draw is fairly quick. They were extremely well organized and attentive. I was not nervous at all because of that. I will definitely go back as often as I can!

The last visit I had was horrible. When was there they didn’t listen to the notes of not using my left arm. After that they pulled some tendon out which is still visible. They have hire better staff to stop this from happening again..
