Everyone here is so incredibly lovely and caring. They explain anything and everything needed to be explained including bringing out a nurse when needed. Check in is quick and easy, I’ve never had a complaint. Staff is so nice and professional in every way, extremely gentle and i super appreciate everything y’all do!!

Yesterday was my first time going here. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, & caring. I watched a poor woman get yelled at by a man and she was so extremely professional & still so friendly. I got cold sweats when I was almost done with my donation and everyone was so concerned and caring. I even received a phone call today from a woman just checking to see how I was. I will definitely be going back. Such a great place.

I’ve been donating over a year here. The staff is exceptionally well trained and perform their jobs with the utmost care and professionalism. The machines used are top notch. I’ve been donating plasma off and on since the early 80s. Their pheresis machines reduce my donation time consistently by 20 minutes. They have awesome new donor bonuses. Check them out!

I love this place! Hands down most clean & comfortable center in my area. Relatively no wait most days, super friendly staff, and the payout is better than CSL. Plus, I do like that this center has more restrictions, it makes the experience feel safer. Machines are faster too so my normal donation time once hooked up went from around 40-26min!

Donating at this location is a easy, fast, safe and an overall good experience. Jasmine and Amy both were incredibly professional and great to deal with. I like that my safety and comfort are always the focus at every visit. I also like how you are immediately compensated for your donation.

I was donating as a new client and was liking the money but the same nurse caused a hematoma twice on both arms which caused my red blood cells not to be returned. They won’t check my red blood cell count they just deferred me for 8 weeks. Like I said I was liking to money!

So the first time they messed up they had sycophants the needle in too far and ot slowed down the process of my plasma being taken. It took 3 staff members to look at it ( do nothing) and finally a 4th member came over apologized and tried to reinsert the needle. She failed so because they couldn’t give me all my white blood cells back they told me it was my first notice of deferral. Nothing I did. The second time they inserted the needle correctly but the bag that was supposed to hold my blood ripped open about 20 minutes throughout the process. So because of this and them not inserting the needle correctly they said I could not donate plasma anywhere for 8 weeks or doorknob close to that. Due to medical reasons. Birth times they daily. Then they leave a voicemail for me saying that I would be considered a new donor and qualified for new promotions. When I caked she said yes I would be considered a new donor and would have to go through the hole process again but no I don’t get any promotions. Like why even call me. You guys stuck and are not very donor friendly

This place is a disorganized mess. After walking in for new donor appointment they just asked me my first name and had me sit in a chair. I sat there for 45 minutes with no one acknowledging me. I went to talk to one lady who shrugged me off and then had to go ask another and figure out the guy who barely checked me in wrote my name down wrong. The lady that helped me had to stop and help another donor at the front. Until I said I would just leave I finally got some help. Would not recommend. I left anyways.

Great way to make little extra money. Jazmin helped me today and was so friendly. I plan to donate twice a week here for as long as I can. All the staff is nice, very clean facility. Short wait times if you come mid afternoon.
