Your blood will always stay local first, but now we will have even more access to rare and unique blood types to help meet the needs of Illinois hospital patients in need. After waiting 20 minutes and then doing all the vitals, which included pricking my finger, they told me that there was no way they would be able to get me done in 2 hours from my appointment time. If they are short staffed they should close appointment times online. Not let someone waste a 1/2 hour for nothing. I used to go there regularly and now won’t go there again. They should have been professional and told me this at check in.

Was my third time here, first two were good, now, I felt that they didn’t really want we there. They’ve tried to find a vein and they couldn’t, poked my arm twice, painful as hell, then some manager guy said that they are done. So no donation was done. Very rude and unprofessional crew. At least this time.

There app is totally worthless Does not give you any information that it offers and I mean nothing. And the day of Your donation you can get on line to fill out the questions . That would be a time saver if it worked again totally useless .So I canceled and I will not be using this place anymore it’s a waste of my time obviously

Angelica A was fantastic! I’m usually very nervous of the whole thing, but she reassured me it would be alright. Showed me exactly where the needle was going and drew the blood without pain. She even let me hold he hand if I got nervous. Very great job!
