I’ve been going here for years and I’m always treated with RESPECT AND KINDNESS! The staff are friendly and professional and real through. Smiles greet you the moment you walk in the door and politeness is they’re moto. They pay well and they have excellent monthly promotions. You should go check them out. You’ll be doing a great service to those who really need our plasma and it’s for a good cause

Jenn was super friendly and very professional and I got there kinda late and she was working on a double shift and still took the time to be very nice and genuine with everyone still in there. She is a great asset to your company and I would highly recommend this center to anyone who asks me. Thanks for the great service today. Kenny

I have been donating here for several years now. The staff are always friendly and professional, the building is always clean and if there is an issue management takes care of it promptly! Heather, Pete, Beth and DeeDee always get the job done!

Everyone is so nice and friendly here! I was nervous my first time donating but now I look forward to coming. Even though so many donors come through each day, the people that work there remember so many of us and make us feel welcome. It’s the new Cheers!

If you’re looking to donate at a place that plays the more personal level games rather than be professional this is your spot. And don’t think about standing up for yourself or speaking up when something is uncomfortable or hurts bc you’ll be berated or laughed at on the floor in front of everyone- then you’ll be deferred bc you spoke up and they’ll say it’s “your” attitude when they made it personal and tried to embarrass you. Sherri is beyond unprofessional and when asked to change her gloves bc she took care of 6 people in front of me, had an attitude bc I asked her if she would do me a favor an just change her gloves- then approved my screening and I was next to be stuck- we knew there was a bruise on one arm from Ty moving the needle once and Albert moving the needle 4 times two days prior due to no flow, but the other could be used. Sherri then pulled me back and wanted the director to look at the arm just to after an hour waiting tell me no donation- directly after that Sherri deferred me for “my behavior” all bc I asked her to change my gloves and LIED and said it’s a consistent issue- I’ve only had one other interaction with her and it was five months or later than that time. Today an employee I normally have a great convo with change the gauze before bandaging me and something was snagging and scratching the insertion point plus the added pressure from her pushing on it, so I asked her to hold up a second bc she was hurting me. She paused and told me I needed to let her do her job and I repeated 3 times to stop a second bc it was scratching me and hurting me before telling her to stop touching me. It was either tape or the gauze snagging on the insertion point and it was hurting. She made a scene on the donation floor and accused me of saying her nails were scratching me- that was NOT the conversation- went to Albert and rather than even listening, defended it and so I just walked away- he then proceeded to chase me out the door and the employee continued to make a scene. I continued to walk out and Albert CONTINUED to follow me. I found out later Albert deferred me so oh well. Se la vie.

Donation process was fine. Staff is great! For some reason donors listen to music and videos at top volume on their phones, which is annoying considering what we’re doing. Other than that the experience was good.

I ended up having a reaction because I didn’t drink enough water before donating. My blood pressure and pulse dropped dangerously low and I began feeling like I was going to pass out. I was so scared. Tyrone, Whitney, and John did an amazing job handling this situation. They made sure I was OK and immediately stopped the donation. Then began a saline infusion and gave me gatorade, ice packs, and propped my legs up. When my BP and pulse didn’t come up, they called 911 twice to make sure EMS was there to help as well. They took my BP multiple times, and were very organized during this stressful situation. I am so thankful to have these amazing people help me.

They are always as fast as they can. The staff are very helpful and polite, especially Alyson and Jen. I go once a week and have never had any problems or been too long.
