I have never had a bad experience here. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly. Just remember to dress warm because they do keep the AC turned up.

Make sure you’re properly informed and that you don’t accidentally leave anything behind. I was incorrectly told of the dates I had to complete my donations so I was expecting a certain compensation I did not get – all based on what I was told by an Octapharma employee. I put these on my calendar based on what I was told!

Be very careful! A hostile environment has been created with the security guard that Octa pharmaceutical hired. My 1st donation was completed, and an employee/possibly someone’s husband was there July 15th, 2023 and told me to get out an a very irate voice as if I’m just someone who’s coming in off the street’s only to supply my next high. It’s evident the caliber of people they’re use to dealing with. Very unprofessional even one of the phlebotomist was trying to engage in confrontation when another phlebotomist was training someone, I got talked to as if I didn’t know what I was talking about when asked have I completed everything, when clearly something was being done to the printing machine where my label was waiting. This use to be a safe environment, that once had great employees, and hospitality. People are to be treated with respect, and shouldn’t feel threatened in any way. Security shouldn’t be playing in donor’s faces carrying a concealed weapon on his hip. I pray no one gets seriously hurt, with the type of environment that has been created.

These people always have an excuse for their mistakes. I’ve had a new issue each time I’ve been. But when the correct employee is available there aren’t any issues I’m just gonna stop going for good. Other one pays more anyway. And appreciate their donors. I would never recommend
