The staff is wonderful and very conversational once you get to know them. Don’t hesitate to request a certain phlebotomist that can help stick you easier due to thin, rolling, or scared veins. Keep smiling at them and give them praise. They deal with hundreds of people a week and we are not perfect, give them time and space to take care of you properly
