Don’t waste your time here! Been here twice my first time was mediocre at best.. Second visit Today at 11:30am was way worse.. They blew the veins in both of my arms then blamed it on me because they said I moved my arms.. and after explaining that I didn’t move my arms, they then said that I just had small veins.. The Technicians on my second visit were very cold and not very nice to me like I was bothering them from their conversation with their coworkers about their “RBFs” She couldn’t even introduce her self or even ask how I was doing.. All I was asked was which arm I preferred and if I was allergic to iodine or latex.

I have never donated plasma before or even blood so I was apprehensive about giving Freedom Plasma a try. I am not a fan of needles or blood but the staff here has made me feel very comfortable with each visit. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating towards me with each visit. Now I’m comfortable enough to donate twice a week and make it part of my weekly routine. Thank you all for your everything.

I have been coming only on Saturdays due to work schedule and I haven’t had any major issues. Some frustration on a couple things but all in all good until recently I came in for a regular donation. I waited over an hour just to find out I couldn’t donate because they needed a sample. I do not disagree with having to monitor a person but that should have been acknowledged so that the next time I came in they I would be aware. Plus they said that I should get a call with my results within 10 days. If not call us, so of course I had to call them and they tell me the Dr will not be in until this coming Saturday to review the sample. That basically keeps me from being able to donate for a total of 3 weeks. The staff all seem great but as for the operation procedures, they are definitely lacking. It makes it hard to justify coming in to donate.

There are other centers out there, do your research first. For a medical facility policies and procedures should be established and staff trained and informed for the benefit of the donor, not a different interpretation from four separate individuals. It’s a shame when employees can’t even muster a smile or put a cap on the bad attitude.

Intake was pretty quick but if you have ever had a seizure, you cannot donate at this location. I was told my asthma wasn’t a problem but a seizure 3 years ago brought on by stress will disqualify you.

I was very disappointed because I gave all information and medications then was told that I couldn’t because I have arthritis!! I know that’s not 100% true because I have been going to a different location that I have been donating at for over 2 years and they just did my one year checkup with all same information!! Now my medication list is the same and they did more through work on making sure that I was good to go. But the people there just quickly put the info in and said nope you can’t donate. If all donation centers are run by the same rules???? I just got excited when I found your location and it’s half the distance!!

Words can’t express how I get treated here… that being said, I’ve been coming to this establishment December of 2022. I have had only one blown vein, don’t usually have to wait long and the staff is wonderful. Please don’t leave a post comment. I know how the staff is and don’t need reminding.

Was told I would receive a call back in regards to the MD lifting my deferral was working with Pam who said she would talk to her staff about professionalism. They have now taken 8 weeks to get back to me and I have called every Wednesday, the day that he’s supposed to be in. He is almost never there or hasn’t done any work from what the staff tells me. I am promised answers and a call back and never receive it the lack of care and promptness is concerning after 8 donations I will never come back you also only get paid $40 now after your first two times donating wasteee of time

I went to freedom plasma when they opened and was greeted right away when entering the building, the staff up front were so kind, helpful and explained/ answered any questions people had while waiting. I was called up to do the questionnaire promptly as this was my first time donating. Everything was very easy to understand and the employees made me feel welcomed, Alexis was so kind and we had a few laughs when I messed up a time or two! When I was called for my physical (I can’t remember her name) but the person administering it was wonderful! I felt comfortable and she was thorough in explaining the process and regulations! After the exam I was taken to the floor to donate, the phlebotomist helped me to my seat and made me comfortable. I’m personally not great with needles but I barely felt this stick, and 24 hours later I have no bruising or pain from the injection site. The entire process took roughly 2 hours. And I was paid $75 for my donation. Definitely recommend this place for first time donors and anyone else that wants to help people in need. This place really makes you feel like you’re making a difference! Good job to the staff of freedom plasma, I will be returning!
