It’s a nice center with good staff but why when one of the women were cleaning the donation seat/bed after a patient left a guy worker walks up to her and says “it’s not your car, you don’t need to spot wax(clean) it” first of all a car is unsanitary as hell and i would hope you hold the facility to higher standards and sanitation than a car. Good for her for thoroughly cleaning and shame on the tan guy with curly hair for being lazy and trying to convince someone that there willingness to do their job thoroughly is comparable to not needing as much cleaning as a car. Not everyone who comes in is that hygienic so I would prefer the seat/ beds be cleaned thoroughly as she was trying to do so before he interrupted her telling her that her thoroughness was unnecessary.

Wait time is the absolute worst here. Absolutely ridiculous. Over 3 hours I have waited to donate and still not on table. Everything else is great but the wait. Need to get organized better to make this go quicker please this is awful. Once I had done it had been over 4 hours since I got there and threw up when I got home since I had empty stomach by time I donated will come back but scared to have this outcome again. Also have massive migraine as well now too. Really hope I don’t have to wait this long ever again please

My husband donates here, and doesn’t do Google reviews, so I am doing it for him. This is the second time this week he has had an issue with his donation, and he’s been donating for over three years no problem. The employees are snarky, and essentially called him a liar when told that he has been donating plasma, he had to go as far as taking his phone out and showing them the CSL app. They do not know how to stick people. He’s never had an issue with anyone finding his veins, but these employees have to wiggle the needle around until he passes out? Are you kidding me? He PASSED OUT. That’s not normal. If they can’t find a vein, they don’t belong working there. Period. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Steer clear of this place. Answering reviews on Google isn’t fixing the issues you continually have. You actually have to do something about it.

Horrible customer service. Staff members rude to donors and each other. Oh, and staff must have a new perfume they spray because a lot of staff members smell like marijuana, not the donors they try to blame it on. Porsha is the worst one calling out donors when it’s her that has the strongest odor.

Very rude and unprofessional! The ladies that log u in, idk what her problem is but she keeps picking with me. Lied and said my levels are low!? I know for sure there not! The supervisor refused to restick me. This is the 2end time with the same lady!! No one else has turned me down. All because I didn’t want her touching on me. Now she has a problem with me everytime I come in to donate but NO ONE IS HEARING ME!!!!!!!! This is unfair and idk if she is racist or what. Now everytime I go donate I have to make sure I don’t get her so I don’t get turned away!!!! Because she has a problem and yal won’t do anything about it.

Previously I had rated this place highly.. the actual manager, screeners and most of the phlebotomist are truly awesome people who truly care about their jobs. Unfortunately, like most places, it’s middle management that creates the issues. I have been going here for awhile with no issue personally, and have witnessed the manager calmly and casually handle issues with grace… Issues that often her assistant managers create. Today, the manager was not in, and I felt singled out and discriminated against. When I asked for a manager, I was led to another assistant manager who became more rude, unwilling to listen and borderline combative. I asked if there was a corporate number or legal team I could speak with, because I felt discriminated against, and she deferred me for “treating legal action. Incidentally, there is no corporate or consumer line on their website, which you figure their director of people Rhonda arrington would want to hear consumer complaints and issues so they could investigate and correct them, but there is none. I simply asked for a number to speak with corporate, and was banned for wanting to protect myself and my rights.. both dangerous signs for a business. So unfortunately a few bad apples, or rather “assistant” apples ruins this bunch, and there are plenty more options in the region until this facility is willing to address the issues that hold it back from greatness. At the end of the day, it’s not worth the gamble that you may be harassed for attempting to offer a life saving donation, and offered no pay or way of appeal. Best of luck to the rest of the caring staff!

Been told for 2 weeks now to wait till next Wednesday for doctor to review my file over bruised spots that where gone last time I was in. Not very consistent place. So don’t let them mess up your arm.

I just want to say yhat the staff at this center is amazing .. always friendly .. always have a smile on their face and tge do your job well .,, Every single one of them ., I especially love mia snd portia …and the management is just ss good .. they do their job well and yhey have always treated me fairly . These workers here ate like s second family and they do their job well … Snd thst makes my experience here great !

I did rate this place higher but after the traumatic situation that happened to me I’m rating it low. The lady that poke me hurt me so bad I literally came up off my bed then 3other people was messing with the needle And it was torture like mutilation but told me If I didn’t finish I couldn’t get paid . So they are allowed to completely mutilate you , hurt you and you just have to lay there and take it so they can make there $ 1000.00s a bottle while we just get a couple dollars or no money for what we go through….sad part is I do this because I have a daughter and granddaughter who needs this ….so this is personal. They were rude to me and made me uncomfortable. And in over 20yrs donating I’ve NEVER experienced this kind of rudeness or MUTILATION.
