I’ve been donating plasma here for more than a year. Usually it’s fine, but they really need to hire more people now. The wait times are awful again. The new machines were sure to speed up the wait for customers. The actual donation time is less. But because of this, I sit and wait for them to notice that my donation cycle is complete. Today I sat for twenty minutes waiting for them to notice I was done. Then my husband next to me had to wait for a very long time, because staff decided to wrap up customers in the opposite direction from when they came in. I can see it’s overwhelming for the staff to try to keep up, and they need to hire more people.

This place is pretty decent, kinda long wait times as of recent but my main issue is this..what they don’t tell you about the CSL card is your first transaction is fee free. So hit the atm first or you will be declined. I made the mistake of getting gas first then going to the atm with the assumption I had enough left but no, my 2nd transaction is 1.75 at the atm. So I got declined. Then googled where to go. Said Bank of America. Did that and then it charges me 1.75 plus the 3.00 and I called CSL customer care and dude explained it.

No bad experiences. The screeners are awesome! They’ve been skillfull and efficient everytime I’ve donated. I would say the only suggestion for improvement would be to set out some water or remove the hydration station…leaving it empty makes people wonder why it’s always empty

Very polite staff and never had an issue here before when donating. They make sure you understand everything and answer all your questions.

The way they run it with new donors, why would ANYONE want to deal with that? Go to Grifols on Broadway, they’ll have you done with all of your new donor stuff in 90 minutes. Forget this 5 hour stuff, which 2/3 of that time is just sitting and waiting.

its takes at least 3-4 hours just to get your vitals check and to donate its at least 10 workers just standing around chitchatting and not helping Donors they only use 2 rows of the beds and not all 4 rows you’ll will be there for at least 5 hrs

This place is fairly nice and their staff are as nice as they have to be. The nurses are always backed up and tend to be on the ruder side. Clean place but pretty slow and always trying to persuade new donors to come back another time.

I donated here for the first time recently. Having donated at another, unaffiliated facility numerous times in the past, I can say that the first time process is long but very thorough. They go over the process and rules in several different ways to ensure that you understand the info they’re providing. It actually took me a little over 3 hours start to finish.
