Usually I love this place never had complaints but the fact when the temp stick dropped on the table and the person checking my vitals EXPECTED me to still put it in my mouth BAFFLED ME. And when I asked for a new cover she sorta gave an attitude towards me then processed to say you fail to realize those are put in the box with bare hands so there is no difference……. DISGUSTING……..I complained to the guard and she even said when I told her who she said “doesn’t surprise her” not letting this bad experience stop me from going because I NEVER had this person’ before but I’m sorry I had to express how gross I felt this time

Funny, I used to work for CSL and this is the worst location I’ve been to. They’re unprofessional. Told me I tested reactive for syphillis and made me feel disgusting. I went to the health department and got tested, it came back negative. They’re still telling me I can’t donate because I’m still testing reactive even though I went to the doctor AND GOT TREATED before even knowing whether I had it or not. They hire literally anybody off the street and I say avoid this place if you don’t want them to give you false positives for STIs and make you feel gross. I’ve been donating at other facilities for 2 years and have never had a problem elsewhere. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

Literally zero sense of urgency on the part of the staff. Lines grow while technicians stand around or shuffle their feet from place to place. Slow is their only speed setting, and they don’t care who sees the pace. Maybe pay them a little better and they might take the initiative.

Had a wonderful experience staff was very friendly. I had a reaction when getting the plasma which caused me to have to stop sooner. But the staff was very attentive making sure I was okay and if I needed anything. The 1 lady felt bad and I assure her everything was fine. Overall, great experience. Don’t understand why people giving 1 star bc of wait times just be patient

There’s some great employees here once you get to know them. It’s always clean and I’ve never had anything out of the ordinary happen. Save a life, read a book while you do it, and make some cash!! I’m saving my rewards up for future vacations pro tip: if you donate regularly, be sure to eat a high protein diet and stay hydrated! Your body will thank you.

First time donor Worst experience tried going 3 times now waste more money on Gas. Unorganized. Waste of time. Didn’t even get my physical done. Didn’t get to donate And they’re telling me to come back for a physical after they canceled that i was there. when they should of communicated that i was told to wait in the wrong area. Honestly I don’t understand why companies are allowed to get away with this unprofessionalism. Make a day for first time donors or a primary place for us so you can do your job properly. So stupid. ALL THEY SAY IS SORRY AFTER WASTING YOUR DAY wow thanks

I don’t know what was happening to effect the not so pleasant reviews. But I have had nothing but good experiences, waits aren’t to bad as long as you come early. The facility is clean. Every staff member I have met is kind, helpful, and caring. I think the building as a whole is doing a wonderful job, and I will definitely continue to come to this location to donate.
