I have been going to csl for a few years. They have a great staff now, both in the front office and on the donor floor. There is hardly ever a wait, and everyone that works there is very kind and good at what they do. Paulette has been there in the front since my first day, and then and still now she is the nicest, most patient and most professional person I’ve ever met there. We’re lucky to have her. She embodies CSL’s standards and that’s the reason I’ll keep coming back!

Processing was smooth considering the person was left alone to screen everyone. She did an awesome job I was so surprised. The donation in the back had a hiccup because my initial vein stick person walked away without saying anything but Paris? Came and did an excellent job I’m grateful for those two people that worked the front and back.

They move very very very slow. There’re are 8 rows of beds- only 1 or 2 rows will be open when you attend. The lines are long everytime I come and if it’s 1 row open you will have to wait for someone on that row to finish donating until it’s your turn . 2/10 I do not recommend. I’m currently in line now and I’ve been here almost 30 minutes. Imagine standing in line for an hour and donating and you only get $45-50 bucks… yeah .. ok

Trash service they had 4 people waiting since 3 o’clock. To see a nurse Why is it you want us to donate plasma knowing that money for donation brings a crowd but waste our time. It wasn’t crowded just a lack of help it’s no reason that there isn’t a nurse on staff at alll times.
