I was a 1st time diner lastcwednesdayvtheuvsaid itxwotld be about 2 tob3 hours well after doing everything itvtook 5 hours to finnish the medical screening snd 2 hours to donate. Whalen asking how much longer all ibgot was very soon and wound ypblatingvthete fircivet another hour staff mostvofvygem ride and nothelpful. Ans would avoid me but when finnished it wad all good had a nice bruise where the poked me a second time. I did feel very wNtowd there just like I was a nobody and went back a second time 2 dausvkater only to be rejected because iron was 6 points higher then their max. Donibfounfvanother donation center and bow gobthere andctreayed my respectfully.when ask what 6 points higher made a difference the justcsaid tgat ygeirxrukes Nd no logical explanation I czn see iff too low but just a few points higher doesn’t seem tinmske that big of difference to me I was T the max on their scLexejen I gorse donayextheycdidnt seem yo kind but 6 points over youvwoyld hsve thought it would kill me very unprofessional especially when you giving your time and plasma to them

Most unprofessional and unpleasant place I’ve ever been to. They ignore everyone with such furious look and for no reason. They would treat a dog better than I was treated. I never expect such workers to be super nice but they have no basic respect or attitude toward human. I would be embarrassed to work and make money like that. Worst experience. Ever.

That’s the worse place ever. They will have you standing up outside for over a hour after opening time and don’t tell you nothing. Right now got a line saying the manager ain’t there. They don’t pay enough for all that standing and waiting so we left. It has to get better or we’ll just be going to the new center that pays $100 a visit

This place has a few good workers, I cannot say anything negative about them. However the few workers who seem like they hate their jobs, are very off-putting and hurtful. They don’t seem to train their workers very well on WHERE to stick someone nor do they teach them how to be with clients you are sticking. Human beings deserve to be treated as such. Not like another test dummy to poke and prod on, to practice on. Please train your workers to be polite and understanding. Also would be awesome IF you didn’t just randomly pick workers. Actually KNOW who you’re hiring it makes the business look bad.

I love it Ms.Yolanda, ms.lakisa, the short girl that wear the wrap, ms.d, Angel just to name a few. I mean damn near the whole staff is the sweetest funniest people that make you feel comfortable they manager Kathy is always on point. This place is pitiful…. They would have 7 employees and only one working… They take far longer than what is ideally expected. They talk and play Amongst each other while the lines of donors back up and it’s sooo frustrating how they move. 1 person taking vitals wit 8 donors in line and more coming in???? I had a great experience with CSL. I thought the $$$ was worth the time. Definately. The place is always very clean and comfortable. The employees were 97% professional. I turned 65 in July so I can’t donate any longer which I am very sad about. (I am very healthy.) I was able to donate for about 8 months. I really miss it.
