My experience at Mansfield was unbelievable. From the warm greeting when I entered the lobby to the young lady performing the draw. I am 100% satisfied with each of them. The clinic was clean and smelt nice. They had plenty of snacks and drinks. I even received and beach towel. The attention I received during the donation was second to none, she was by my side the entire time which was very comforting for my first donation. She was a real pro at starting the draw, I literally felt nothing.

This experience ruined it for me. I made an appointment for 12:40pm today only to wait close to 45 minutes in the lobby. The place was nearly empty and they used the excuse “we’re short staffed.” The lady processing everything was taking her sweet time filling everything out and acted like she was even struggling a little. I finally politely asked how much longer it would take and voiced my frustrations with the wait and she replied “about 15-20 more minutes.” That’s when I just walked out and will not be coming back. It’s really a shame because I have NEVER had issues like this with Carter Bloodcare in the past and I am a regular blood donor.

First time donating platelets. Had issues with cramping in foot. Staff did everything possible to help ease cramping. Gave me advice what to do next time to not have cramping issue. Friendly staff and good atmosphere for donors

Jan 24, 2019 Mansfield, TX location donation center was a very pleasant and enjoyable blood donation visit for myself. The three staff who were on duty @ 11:30am were great!
