Not impressed at all with what this place has turned into. I’ve been coming here for two years(I did take about an 8 month break). Lately wait times are over an hour passed the scheduled wait time just to get screened and stuck, I end up sitting on bed for 30 minutes before anyone bothers to come and get me stuck. And then another 30 minute wait just to get unstuck once the donation was finished. This place is severely under staffed.

The staff are very respectful and easy going. They are very fast and make it priority to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Not to mention they are all great to socialize with which makes it go by much faster as well. All around the best donation facility I’ve been to! Definitely earned a five star review. Also shout out to Cam! He usually does my screening’s and again very easy going and an awesome employee!

So I just wanted to say that all of the staff are absolutely amazing they are so caring and so friendly such a better experience than the other plasma centers that I have been to. They work very hard to get you back as soon as possible on your first donation. Today was my first donation and the examination the test everything went perfectly fine no issues and it was done in a timely matter. When I actually got back in the donation chair Tyrell was the one to actually stick me with the needle he walked me through every single step in this process he made sure that I knew it was going to happen he was so friendly he smiled Which is something that is lacking with bedside manner these daysI really appreciated it as I’ve had bad experiences with past plasma donation centers but he made sure that I knew what was going on and he checked on me and I appreciated that as well he was also very gentle it didn’t hurt at all!! Such an amazing experience I will be returning for my second donation anyone that’s wanting to donate plasma this is the place to go!

I have donated at multiple different plasma facilities, and this one BY FAR has been my best experience. The staff are amazing there. Kylun, Jacobi, and Tessy (staff at this location) have been such big helps when donating there. They always show hard work and are great under preassure. They do their job in an effecient way that shows me that they care about their donors. Staff like them are what make these companies a pleasure to go to! If anyone is looking for a place to donate, this one is definitely the one!

It’s been a while since I’ve donated but just recently came back. The staff has seriously improved in quality and professionalism. All of them are really nice but I believe Cam has been most considerate. I have been having a hard time with my BP and he knew ahead of time to check my BP first. I know it might seem like a small thing but it’s that small act of kindness that made it possible to donate. He is super friendly and easy to talk to and I hope you hire more people like him.

This place has become not good, its became super busy and they are under staffed with screening and in the back. 2 bays are completely full and only 2 workers in a bay is not enough employees especially when 1 is a new employee. Staff is super nice, just need to do something about scheduling enough workers during busy hrs. I was there 2hrs 20 min yeaterday. My appt was at 3:15 and didnt get stuck until 4:15.
