I’m a first time donor and I can say this place is great. Monday will be like my sixth time going and it’s almost always in and out fairly quick. They have a wonderfull staff. Not sure about most of the donors tho. Lol lot of strange characters. But yes it’s easy money and you are helping to save lives. Thank you to all the staff and keep up the good work!!

I am getting a lawyer and shutting this place down. The manager is very disrespectful and a lier. Deferred me trying too say I stolen 20 dollars from him and that I was dishonest and that was not the case he had me running back and forth to Dorr st and all the way to Oregon,OH for paperwork that I get from my doctor that explains its lock jaw and that it’s okay to donate but the paperwork was not good enough for them so I had to go back and get more paperwork and it was not even good enough for them a second time I did this about 4time and I gar mad and went somewhere else and he get got mad and deferred me because I was not going too keep playing there back and forth game so he deferred me from every plasma donation center because he gave me 20 dollars on my plasma card for gas and I had a full tank when I started thinking it went all the way down to 1/4 tank of gas.

“If we miss your veins due to not paying attention or listening to a customer when they say their veins go a certain way, its totally not our problem. Maybe you should consider not donating if youre gonna question how we do our jobs.” -Biomat feb 20 2023

They never answer the phone. The point of calling into a business is to avoid an unnecessary trip across town.

First time donors get 100 dollars for first 5 visits. This would be my Second time donating plasma and I had an awesome experience. I live 30 minutes away from town so before I decided to travel I called the facility spoke with staff in what I will be needing in regards to being eligible to donate plasma. They said to bring my ID and SS card or birth certificate. Clean facility, staff is great at sanitation of the equipment used, and donating areas.Staff is very friendly. I only have one complaint and that’s the lady that was doing my physical she was a bit rude. So I decided not to let it ruin my perspective on this facility due to one rude worker. Other than that, I experienced lots of friendly endeavors with the staff. Im a bit scared of needles so the staff involved with my donation was pleasant, understanding, and very friendly. This is an awesome facility that I recommend to friends and family. Remember that the staff working there are humans just like you or me. It would be impossible to be happy every living second of our lives. We all have bad days and good days so put that in consideration with your expectations. Giving this facility 5 stars!

Took 5 hours to get registered the first time in. When they finally did get around to putting the needle in my arm, they infiltrated the vein so they switched to my left arm. The staff barely pays attention once you’re seated and it’s hard to get their attention. They seemed to always be on break. One of them even complained of that very thing. I had a better customer service experience when I donated blood at the Red Cross. Maybe we get treated like less because we get paid (workers think donors act entitled.. Look at former employee reviews on Indeed). Considering all of the $ plasma donation centers make off of donations, they should be paying donors more.
