I’m giving them 2 stars because so far the staff are nice. Unfortunately the time it takes to donate it ridiculous. I’ve been waiting almost 2 hours to get on a bed, for them to leave me sit on the bed for another 30 minutes before they poke me. They stand and talk and spend all their time setting up machines that they don’t even put people on. Then when your done it takes another 20 minutes before they unhook you so you can leave. They need to hire or schedule more people. They are taking in more people then they can handle and non of the employees have any pep in their step!!!!!

New donors. Getting through the new donor process is hardly impossible. I thought the requirement for appointments would make it easier and more organized I was wrong. You can spend 2/3 hours there before finding out if you’re able to donate or not that day. They should have everyone go straight to vitals for screening so time isn’t wasted sitting down all to find out you can’t donate or they should do all your screening first and get that out of the way so if your vitals aren’t good you can come back another time and only have to check vitals to get through.I waited for 2 hrs for a vein check and vitals. Couldn’t donate due to something wrong in vitals. Appts are booked out 48 hrs prior so you can’t get 8 donations in 30 days even if you wanted to. The blonde lady at the front desk is clueless and could care less if she’s doing her job right in consideration of your time. It says 2/3 hrs on their website count on 4/5. I understand this is a new location but to have someone wait 2 hrs for an 8 minute check to tell you if you’re even able to go further is beyond backwards.. because then you have to keep coming back to wait to do your physical part over and over until you’re qualified..

Absolutely the best place in Ohio or Indiana to donate at. The staff are so friendly and professional. I’m having a hard time with my heart rate being a little high and the doctor and staff all will do anything in there power to help you relax and not be so nervous! Everything else for me was great the wait time is very low. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. I seriously wish that other donation centers would take a few notes from this one

I went to this place, did the whole 90 min wait, got denied because of my type 2, which at over 15 other places in the country I have never had an issue with. But this place has some lame rules about it. Funny thing is that plasma is needed by so many people but these places are cheap after they get you in, if you get in at all. Oh well I am a great doner never an issu. But anyways on to another place already.

Over and over I have given this place a chance and it’s never what they say they are. Employees are rude! You will wait over 2 hours to get taken to the back to donate! But only have to wait 30 mins once you’re back there before anyone even notices your their. But if you’re only here for a sample then that’s a whole different story! If you come in for a sample they will either drop your sample on the floor or they will lose it in the mail more than once. My needle has been shoved way too far in for no reason and pulled out so aggressively that it caused me to not be able to donate for a week. Way to go bio! And before you comment and say talk to a manager or come up with some excuse I’ve heard it all from the managers here. Come back and talk to us or come back and try again. Nothing excuses how the employees are here. They need more training!

The last 2 times I have donated as a return donor it has taken 4 hours to get in and out. I understood the first time because of the Wi-Fi down age last week but today was inexcusable. I schedule at 525 so I have enough time to recover before going to work at 10 at ups where I lift between 2 and 135 pound packages. I had to leave work early because I didn’t get done till 920. This needs to be fixed. Return donors should not be waiting that long. Also the scheduling 5 people for one time slot is ridiculous given that they don’t have a consistent clientele.

I was there yesterday July 12th, 2023. Had an appointment for 3:35. Got right through vitals quickly then Matthew escorted me to donation floor. It wasn’t very busy. My complaint is after waiting for 15 minutes no one stuck me. 2 others donors came after me and was stuck before me. I asked the sticker was someone going to stick me I have been waiting 20 minutes. She said I know and continued on to someone else. After 40 minutes of waiting I finally got hooked to machine and the donors who arrived after me were done donating by then. This was unacceptable. At first I loved this place. Very friendly and professional this bad experience have not made me think highly of this place anymore.

I went in for my first donation and while it took a while initially, everyone was very helpful during the process. Chel assisted with my first draw and they were very welcoming and helped me feel comfortable. Despite the length of the first visit, my second was completed within an hour. Huge recommend, and thank you to all staff!

This place is a complete joke. It is the most unorganized place I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. They took two blood samples from me on two different occasions to do a protein test, and somehow lost both samples. I have a 45 minute drive each way, and yet they expected me to come in AGAIN to give ANOTHER sample. They told me if I came in again, they would compensate me for my time by giving me $50, since losing those samples was no fault of mine. So I made the 45 minute drive again, only to have the lady completely screw up when trying to take my blood. She first tried the right arm, and missed the vein. She actually laughed about it and said, “I don’t know how I missed that. Haha.” She was told that she couldn’t attempt poking that arm again, so she tried the other arm. As soon as she stuck it in, she ruptured my vein. Needless to say, I drove all that way for nothing, and was told I’d have to come back a FOURTH time to give a sample. She told me that for the inconvenience, I’d still receive the $50 compensation they promised me, but I never received it. Now they won’t answer or return my calls. Everytime I’ve been here, no one knows what’s going on. They are extremely unprofessional, and everyone seems to be on a different page. It’s simply a terribly managed place. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.
