Why should people have to stand on there feet for over 2 hours? Clearly You can see in these pics I took that people are Standing n a long azz line of 33 people Waiting to be seated. The Staff Finally decided to open other sections due to so many people.. My appointment was at 1030 am. I didn’t get out of here tip 4pm & Y’all wonder why people don’t Return? Y’all need to Stop over scheduling appointments Or Hire More Employees. It sure wasn’t worth my time for $40

The people are nice but standing in line for hours isn’t worth it. I have left 3 times because standing in line made it not worth it. I set these appointments for after work I can’t be in there till 10 or 11 o’clock at night when I have to work the next day. Need more workers & need a sitting waiting area.

When I started going here I thought it to be the best one I have gone to. Yesterday I was called out of line for my behavior to see if they still would allow me to donate but they never said what that behavior was. When I got to the floor the one person who does it easy jabbed the needle in my arm. They are not easy with the needle. Go to CSL. I’m beginning to think they are witches and demons running this place as well.

The employees are nice you just need to hire more. There is alot of people coming through here and people shouldn’t have to STAND in line for 2 and 3 hrs when they make an appt what is the appt for if u still have to wait for hours. Also with 100’s of ppl you should have more then 2 toilets because they are always disgusting!

The staff is nice but the lines are way too long. They need more employees. I’m there for nearly 3 hours every time I go.

Awesome staff very caring and compassionate. The facility is very clean and cozy. The staff at the front end are amazing and the back end are amazing too! If you’re going to donate plasma this is the place you want to go!

I made an appointment for 2pm on Saturday. When I walked in and to the receptionist area immediately no one wanted to help me. Eventually a young woman came over and got me started on my profile. Their system was acting up and we had to do the info 4 separate times, no big deal, this wasnt her fault. Then she took me to the back to another woman. This woman rolled her eyes when I was brought back and she was told I was a “New donor” She put me in a bed, put a blood pressure cuff on me poked my right arm with her finger twice and said “there’s nothing here” she then proceeded to my left arm where she did the same thing. She told the first lady that I had “Nothing” and they told me to hydrate and come back on Tuesday. When I told her I drink almost 2 gallons of water a day she told me “oh well” What they didn’t know, and I didn’t tell them was that I have been to nursing school and I grew up with a nurse as my mother so I in fact know where every good vein in both of my arms are. I have never been to a plasma center that acted so much like they don’t want you as a client. I definitely will not be going back, nor recommending to anyone. Told my mom about the experience and she said they were “lazy and unprofessional” and would be telling the women at the hospital she works at about the experience. Someone should really get a handle on this place and work on Staff/Client relationships. I 100% believe they lied so that I wasn’t there past their closing time. Which had they just told me, “hey you won’t be done by closing time and we don’t want to stay late” I would’ve understood.

I have been going here since the day they opened the doors. I referred someone and was due a buddy bonus and they screwed me out of it and then lied about it. Will find another place to donate. Waited 30 minutes on the bed to get hooked up while four employees were changing printer paper. Really takes four people. They overbook appointments and on weekends are always understaffed. They lie about your screening. Said my protein was low. Doctor says my protein is fine. New center says my protein is great. No where to sit while waiting for hours. I am now going to Ked Plasma on Montlimar. Staff is much friendlier. Plenty of chairs if you have to wait which I didn’t. Things go much smoother here and the pay is better.

Nice people that get the job done. I know it can’t always be easy having to deal with so many people at once, but they make it happen and remain professional and kind. My only complaint is how some things are set up that actually could cause worker and donor frustrations. Hopefully some things can be shifted around for a better flow. God bless.

My first time was a little longer than expected but they were busy. The nurse answered any questions that I had, she gave me snacks and water to stay hydrated while waiting. Overall a Great experience in a steadily busy environment !
