Polite and friendly staff. The place is pretty well kept. Wait time can sometimes be a hit or miss but I’ve been a donor since 2019 so there’s been a couple changes. I think the donor app is easy to use, sometimes it can be slow or have issues but it’s never a big deal. Overall, I will continue coming to not only help the patients that receive the donations but to also help me financially.

Though this has been the only location I have donated at, I can say it’s been a mostly good experience. The facility is clean, the employees are friendly and helpful (mostly), and it’s easy to reach someone over the phone. However, I have noticed they are frequently understaffed, especially on the weekends, which increases the wait times and stress on the employees handling the workload. At one point I waited 1Hr 30min over my scheduled time to be seated. I would suggest management consider altering their staffing considerations (especially for screening)

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their professional skills. The donation process has been great overall as I’ve been coming here for two years. Wait times do need to improve on occasion however there have been several instances where I check in, get processed and have finished donating within an hour. Pay rate is always exceptional. I highly recommend going here over other plasma facilities.

When I first started coming here things were great. Within the last year it has changed drastically. Seems like they stay short staffed, haven’t hired any one new in over 6 months. They keep changing things around way too often. The most recent one is how we scan in. We have to wait until we are called by our time slot. I could get to the center before the rest of the 515 people arrived and yet I’m the last one they call to give a number to. Wasn’t like that. So now why get there at 515 when they stay an hour behind on the time. My appt was at 515 today and just got called to get screened at 650. This is ridiculous. Go back to how it was and hire more staff.

I would give this place no stars if i could. This place is a joke. I went here in June and they had to stick me twice, first time was for the initial donation, then the machine started making a noise. They said that my right arm couldn’t give anymore, so they stuck my left arm and the machine made the same noise. They then began to APOLOGIZE for the second stick because it shouldn’t have been done. Apparently, they didn’t notice that whatever blood was in the machine had coagulated and I was unable to finish my donation. I left very upset and I was bruised for three weeks afterwards. I came back to make another donation today, and they told me I had to go through the whole process again because I didn’t make another donation within the next 7 days after my first one, this was never communicated to me before I left in June (REMEMBER, I was bruised for three weeks so I wouldn’t have been able to donate within 7 days anyway). Mind you, it took 6 hours for my first donation because the power went out, my blood pressure was high at first, and the staff was all over the place. This place is ratchet and I don’t advise anyone to make donations here because communication is terrible. I came here because a friend referred me. I wanted to feel like I was making a difference in life while being compensated for my donation, but this place has completely turned me off from donating plasma altogether.

Most of the staff is amazing, kind and informative. Emphasis on amazing. If the rating were just in regards to their character then it would be 4 to 5 stars hands down (4 due to the couple rude workers in there) one thing I don’t agree with here is the hypocrisy of their regulations and their b ing so unorganized. The app says 11-11:15 appointment time, though, when you get to Talecris they let you know the grace period is not 15 minutes, but 5 minutes. I would moreso understand this if they too were punctual with time. If you have an 11 o clock appt. most times you won’t be seen until hrs later. So your appt. Is at 11, you don’t get seen until 1230 even 1 130 at times and we have to just deal with that, yet if we are more then 5 minutes late they won’t see us in most cases unless the person in the front just blesses you with entry. With that said, to be hard on someone in regards to tardiness yet your establishment is known for its running behind schedule and being unorganized is very much hypocritical and inconsiderate. What’s the point of making us make appointments if your just gonna see us hours after making the appointment. To their defense, they seem to be very understaffed most times and are trying to make the best of their situation, understand. But if our situational circumstances don’t matter in regards to our time and being turned away due to tardiness then why should yours be taking into consideration. It’s hypocritical. Hire more people, invest in more equipment, whatever needs to be done, so these amazing workers don’t have to be overworking themselves doing 2 or 3 person jobs by themselves. Your workers at this establishment are too great of employees to us to have to deal with that, and so are we. God bless

I’ve been coming here for 1.5 years and it’s an easy way to make money while helping those who need plasma. My only gripe is often times you will make an appointment time and end up waiting 1-2 hours before your donation actually starts, I think it’s due to staffing shortages. Overall though, no real complaints

Been coming here for a few years and currently it’s the worst it’s ever been. The staff (who are all pretty amazing) tries but the changes implemented by corporate is making the process painfully drawn out. Appointment times are not kept, and you can expect to wait for hours before you’re called up to be screened.

Staff is always so sweet. Always know I’ll find a smile there. The quality of their work is amazing also. Haven’t had a bad stick in a long time. Bragg BLVD is the best.
