I’ve been to various plasma centers in mobile over the years and this one is definitely the best. Quickest, nicest, and best paying that I’ve found so far. Get here around noon on weekdays and you won’t have to wait long at all.

The rudest most blood boiling people I’ve ever met, and this is Mobile ! 6 years military and I have a crater in my arm at 24, I’ve donated all over mobile since I was 18. I cannot wait to not have to come back to this place. First day I came in the nurse wasn’t seeing anybody anymore and it was 1pm, so I made an appointment for the next day . Upon entering the next day I tried to sign in and tell the lady I had an appointment. She without looking up anything looked at me and said yeen a new Donor and you don’t have an appointment. I said hold on na Yeen got to do aldat. Somebody else had to speak up and help me. Third day I come , do my lil pre questions on the app , make things speedy for everybody . I got sent back and they walking around talking laughin, which is fine , but they skipped over me 3 times till I finally said some- they were not all new donors either. Tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong when I been there , wasn’t set up yet, for 30min !! And I was supposed to keep my mouth shut. Also I donated 3 different amounts in a matter of a week and a half ( 833,720,837) how ironic the day ian have no issue I only had to donate 720. These people crooked as hell. Throw a lil some to your service members.

Good at wasting your time. Went there yesterday with a bruise on my arm from them having to adjust the needle and getting restruck in my other arm. They was going to let me donate except my pulse was too high and told me I could come back today. I come back today, just for them to tell me I couldn’t donate until the bruise is healed. Like why have me go thru all of this and not tell me to begin with. They act like you are an inconvenience to them. I have been donating with the company for may years, I will not return to this location ever again.

They messed my weight up and I had to donate 200 ml extra when brought to there attention and they seen the mistake they act like it not a big thing and they have to look in to it they seen already when they look it up they messed up what there to look in to don’t go here the most rudest pll and when u say something that don’t care

9 amazing years at this company! Poor management most of the years I was there but most definitely for the past 4 years! I’m forever grateful for the experience they taught me to move on to bigger and better things! I pray peace over this center that they get the right people in charge so there can be structure discipline and professionalism! Thank you Grifols for everything!

The wait is way too long.. I’ve tried different days, different times, I’ve even been here at 4am trying to get in first before work… might as well go to work for the measly amount of money they give you.. this place is way understaffed, at most they only have 3 out of the 5 windows processing people in.

Horrible place to ever donate ! Wait times are ridiculous Staff is overworked and under paid! Their weight scales are not calibrated and therefore they take too much plasma from you! I left here sick numerous times! I wore braids today, which weigh a few pounds by themselves , they still took over the amount due to my braids! If it’s not body weight, why are you taking that amount of Plasma?!!! Go somewhere else , stay away from this place! (Weight Scales)

Don’t waste your time. The health regulations and their information line both state that you can donate twice in one week as long as they are 48 hours apart. But what they don’t tell you is that the 1st week you go, whatever days you went on that week become set days. Meaning if you donate on Tuesday and Friday the first week, and the next week you show up on Monday (well over the 48 hours from Friday) they won’t let you donate. You have to skip a whole week to get a new set of days.

They have a 10 donation system this month where you get a higher payout on each subsequent donation, but it’s literally impossible to actually get to 10 donations. I tried talking to the guy that works up front about it, but he just blew me off in a very rude condescending tone.

Rude and inappropriate staff. Does not value or appreciate your time or security of the process. Expect to wait 4+hours for any visit. Also watched the nurse Tammie and another staff member divulge information about another donor deferral reason after she left . They were so busy being egregious they didn’t even pay attention to my creeping ears listen to them speak about her personal health information (in a common area). Don’t trust any positive reviews you see about this location. I can promise it’s a lie. Wish I could upload the videos I took. Disgraceful to the brand and cooperate needs to really focus on the violations that occur on a daily bases. Especially concerned about the privacy of our health information as the nurse violated HIPPA act right in front of me!!
