My girlfriend and I both had appointments at 1:10pm. We got there at 1:00pm and where checked in fairly quick but sat for nearly 3 hours before getting the physical process started. It’s a Tuesday it shouldn’t have taken that long. Very unorganized, understaffed. And a lot of the staff not being professional and meeting time management. I had an important zoom meeting and I told the physician this and she said I’d have to make a new appointment but she was gonna get the physical done first, very nice lady. I was then sent to get my blood drawn for testing and sat for nearly 20 minutes before having to get up and leave for my meeting. Good attitudes but overall not worth the wait. Probably won’t return!

Absolutely the best place hands down. Been donating for years. This has to be simply the best staff I’ve ever seen. Near no wait times to donate. I be in and out everytime. Don’t be really wanting or needing to donate some days but go just to chill with the staff cause they are so cool. So cuddos to them TiSheba,Brianca ,Liyah,Kyla,Teresa,Mia,Shena. If I missed anyone I’m sorry cause they are the BEST

People come out of necessity. I guess it’s no different for the miserable people who work here for a paycheck. There was a line at check in. It’s a Saturday. There is traffic. I was ONE MINUTE outside of the grace period, when I walked through the front door. Which BTW isn’t 15 minutes. It’s 10 according to the staff. Yet, they have time to draw out conversations and flirt with donors while they have a line of people waiting. By the time I got the counter, I was 6 minutes outside of the 10 minute grace window. So I was told I had to reschedule my physical. I guess flirting isn’t enough to keep them happy. They gotta pick on people too. Not coming back. Plenty of new plasma places are popping up. Look for a good one, and don’t come here!

I want to start by saying that this location seemed very professional and everyone working there was too. But if it’s a requirement to eat a full meal 30 min to an hour before donating, I think that should be somewhere on their websites and emails besides one picture on an email, and a website page that makes it seem optional. I’ve donated whole blood multiple times and I can still donate if I have a snack before hand, even if it’s something like a small bag of chips or a granola bar. But I am a little frustrated that I drove 40 minutes to get here just to be told that I can’t donate because of something I wasn’t aware of. I brought my social security card, ID, and proof of address because they were all explicitly listed as necessary things. Why isn’t a full meal something that is listed as important if it’s something that can cause me to reschedule this appointment?

Waste of time. Drove 35 minutes TWICE only to be told both times I couldn’t donate. First time was because my iron was low ok…not their fault. So I go back again after getting iron levels up. 2nd time was something that could’ve been avoided if they put information on their website regarding things that need a doctors approval. Not even gonna bother going back as I’m sure they’ll find something else wrong the 3rd time. People don’t have gas to waste like that. They should really have something on their website informing donors to get their doctors approval for the things they require it for. Just my opinion.

Overall it is a good place-Atleast better than another place I been to. The major thing is that too many appointments get booked and sometimes the wait for a bed and to be hooked up is almost an hour after your appointment in the afternoons.

Miss Michelle this one star is literally five for you. I have been coming to The Center as well as visited others in Fayetteville North Carolina. I am shocked to say that this is one of the newest centers with the most upgraded equipment and the worst customer service you could fathom, unless you are a man as you can see most of the men left five star reviews, probably because they are treated differently. How does a fingerprint change ? the center spent 30 minutes with me because their equipment could not register my fingerprint then while taken, the ignorant woman behind the counter, asked me to wait so she could find out if I was returning or gentry ( I have no idea what gentry means and I asked a woman to speak to me like a human being and commented as to why if my appointment was at 1 PM it is taking 30 minutes to do my questionnaire and take vitals and no one is in line ahead of me. After my vitals were taken by a young lady with her name tag on labeled she her I was told to go wait in line and then told oops wait you have to go see a nurse for a four month Check, guys come on how much can change in four months if I’m literally coming once a month! Ms Michelle time the time to truly service me by simply asking how my day was going and bringing my concerns to THE SUPERVISOR WHO STOOD THERE SAYING NOTHING!! if you’re young and down for whatever and don’t care about anything, go ahead and donate plasma here but if you actually give a damn and ask questions and inquire and are mature, I would never recommend you come here. You have a better chance at Freedom Plasma center on Cumberland Rd. Hour and a half later, May screws up my stick, over y’all BioLife!!

Very unprofessional. The workers are arguing back and forth with eachother in front of patients. They moved me to numerous beds while taking in other patients helping them before getting to me. Bad rotation going on.
