So efficient, I’m very glad this drop off location is so close to my home, it’s very convenient and not too busy. The workers are helpful and quick……..and then I’m out of there and on to the next errand. Thank you Goodwill!

Line out onto the street and they have only moved one car in 20 minutes. Bring snacks, bring a book…. 30 minutes and counting, nothing happening. I went in and both employees are sitting down looking at their phones. They are on their break….break lasted about 25 minutes and then only two cars got through and then it was full stop again. 90 minutes total. Ruined the afternoon. Totally different experience then the Martha Lake center.

Typical experience: Stopped at 11:50am. There were three cars in line. Two of them were exasperatedly waiting outside their car trying to get someone’s attention. Employees clearly saw us but just slowly shuffled around doing who knows what with no explanation. I gave up. 12:15pm I drove by again and there were about 10 cars in line with those first three still there. I gave up. 2:30pm I drove by again and there was a sign out front saying they were closed.

Learned that the entrance is behind the building around the gas station by accidently walking through the front door. They were friendly and let me know where to go. There was no line mid afternoon on a Saturday. Fast and easy. Have noticed that they are closed on the weekdays a little early sometimes.

Have only had great service here. I understand that they’ve been overwhelmed, as so many other donation sites have been, and have needed to minimize hours, etc. Not sure why other people don’t understand that. I’ve had to come back once when they weren’t open/closed early. It’s not a big deal. When I have gone, they’ve brought be carts to put my items in, were friendly, and kept their distance – which was much appreciated. Not sure what others are expecting at this time while the world is in crisis. It’s not their fault we’re all home cleaning out our closets!

Double checked online: told business updated hours 1 week ago (closing 4:30 on Saturday). Arrived today @ 3:30 to find ‘currently closed’. Tried calling thinking signage was temp during posted hours, but no answer by a human. Waited a good 45 min with no sign of life. Very discouraging.

Worst experience ever. Severe lack of a plan for how to handle COVID-19. I wouldn’t suggest this location. Driveway only holds about 10-18 vehicles, and there is only one way in. You cannot block the Main Street so it’s literally roulette about who gets in and who doesn’t. Drove around for 45 minutes trying to get in. Last time I got waived off, they let in a car right after me that had just pulled up. Extremely infuriating! Don’t get me started on how rude the staff is, and how much they clearly do not care about the situation. Masks pulled down, hands on hips, shrugging shoulders. Plain and simple don’t go.

Seems like there is an organized work slowdown going on. Very long line of cars. You can’t just unload your car quickly and go. They block the line with a pylon. After the car at the head of the line unloads, the rest of the line has to sit an average of 5-10 minutes before they remove the pylon to allow the next car to go forward.

Donation area is hard to find… access is through Shell station driveway. But all my donations were pleasantly accepted.

Waiting to drop off donations and was told to go in a circle and get back in the line because the lot was full. After I moved, they let the person behind me in. I came around and the employee threatened to call the cops because I was next in line and wanted to wait. She was very rude. Went around the city 3 more times before I was lucky enough to get a spot. They have no system for getting you in. You basically play a game of chance if you can get into the lot. It took about 30 minutes to get into the lot and then about 30 minutes waiting to drop off my donation because they were only serving one car at a time and the other drivers didn’t know how to drive up and make room for more cars on the lot.
