Michelle the middle aged blonde phlebotomist (about 55-60 years old) is super rude and condescending. Avoid her at all costs. I try to keep my mouth shut and just donate but sometimes it’s hard to do. Someone should talk to her about customer service and how she treats other employees is pretty bizarre.

Arrived at my appointed time, screening was performed not long after I arrived, Actual donation process start soon thereafter with a successful collection. Sat in snack room for 15 min. then left in under an hour from arrival.

The staff was super nice, however the phlebotomist punctured something that was not my vien and has left my arm exceptionally sore. He tried my other arm, and after playing with the needle for a minute or two in my arm my blood began to clot halfway through the donation. If he didn’t feel competent to stick me with the needle he should have asked for assistance. Instead he wasted two hours of my time and money on equipment.

Sunny and Mike are amazing phlebotomists and do an amazing job with blood draws (painless), and also are SO polite and professional that I wouldn’t even think of donating anywhere else. They are there on a Sunday so I can donate and I’m so grateful. Love this place!!!

Why was my original review removed ? Had a terrible experience here do not let someone that is training try on your arm manager will let them fail and then have the trainer start all over on your other arm treating you like a test dummy I’m sure they’ll delete this post too but it’s a reality they have terrible phlebotomist

Always amazing customers service. The nurses & blood drawers are very nice, skilled & fairly quick. With that being said is does sometimes take up to an hour to get into a chair to get drawn. This happens whether you have an appt or not. Please be prepared to wait, it is for a good cause. Thank you INBC

I came in to donate blood in January for my very first time and was very excited to help people through my donation. I had hoped to start doing it regularly as a way of giving back.

My wife and I have been long time donors in Oregon and in Idaho. Our experiences in Coeur d’Alene beginning in 2010 have always been positive and I don’t hesitate to say exceptional. The entire staff has always been warm and welcoming and the actual blood donation experience itself has been hassle free.
