I was so ready to donate and everything went great EXCEPT when I was being prepped for the needle: I’m ALLERGIC to the solution, chlorahexadine, to sterilize the area. And they DID NOT have another way to sterilize the area. But everyone at the Sparks facility was very, very nice.

Do not bother going if you do not agree with the mask issue. They say wear a mask, and EVERYONE I saw with a mask was wearing incorrectly, nose and mouth showing, and they do NOTHING! If you want to wear a mask this is the location for you! IF you think masks are great, then this is your location! I will not be back.
