I was not happy with person that took my blood on July 17,2023. I never in all the years have i ever had it sting like it did, actually brought tear to my eye, she kept moving my arm , taking the tape off and on kind of moving it, asked if there was a problem she replied no, I don’t think she hit my vein correctly. I told her my arm hurt like dull ache she loosened the tourniquets a little. I had a big old bruise, which lasted for week, I HAVE NEVER EVER had a bruise. I will think twice before I donate again and I am O negative Sheri Hughes

If you also have sensory issues and/or severe bloodwork anxiety this may not be the place for you. I will never be able to donate again without thinking of getting my vein getting flattened after it was adjusted in my arm for awhile. The staff was very friendly and seemed to be caring, but it takes me hours to mentally prepare myself before these appt’s and this was crushing to me.
