While the people are nice, it’s important to save lives I understand. Then you go for the first time it’s kind of great, but then. The phone calls start.. At one point I was getting 5 calls a day. I told them when I can come I will. That is not good enough. I have responsibilities to my job and family. Then don’t understand this. It’s like all they want you to do is donate and nothing else. I almost had to get a lawyer and sue them for harassment. I told them not to call me so many times a day. They put me on a monthly calling list, but I am still getting at least 3 calls a week.. if they keep this up I will have to go get a lawyer and sue them. I told them take me off your list, the lady said that she cannot do that, once you are on, the only way you can get off the list is when you die. I would seriously think twice before signing up to this company.

The process is easy. Answer questions, they take your blood pressure, temperature to ensure you can donate. They are very attentive during the process and make you comfortable. The best part is the snacks and food. Overall pleasant experience. Would donate again at this place. They are on critical shortage of platelets

Very disappointed. I arrived more than 20 minutes early. Got out of the car 10 minutes before my appointment time. I drive nearly 2 hours just to find out that three others also had 11am appointments and the wait would be 30-45 minutes. To have 125 of these sites across the country, and to have 4 sites all in North Jersey , I would suggest trying to get sites in central and South Jersey. To drive this far to have to wait, then go through with the donation, and then to have to drive 2 hours back home. Not good.
