When I went to donate blood, there was a problem and a lady came over and started aimlessly pushing the needle around in my arm. Blood burst out when she was playing with it and it left a very large, nasty bruise that lasted for a while. We submitted a report about the incisions and they responded a few days later saying to put ice on the wound.

Horrible place. My hemoglobin was slightly elevated when I went to donate blood so they said I would need a doctors order to be able to donate. I took the time to get one from my doctor. I went in again to donate, and this time was told I need to call a number first in order to donate, even with the doctors order. The number the lady gave me doesn’t even ring, just gets a busy signal! I’ve tried calling the Vialant main number , and it says they are busy and will call back. They called back 3 hours later! What do they tell me? To call the same disconnected number that doesn’t work! Complete fools.

Thank You to Annie and the other young lady who adjusted the needle. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to both of you! To the other one who thinks she can’t be heard even though you’ve got your IPOD cranked as loud as it will go??? Yeah, about that…turn it down a notch…when you have walked in my size 11’s and still donate to one of your favorite charities, you can tell the gentlemen that, and I quote, “oh she”s late, she can wait”…SHE WILL NO LONGER WAIT. The walls have ears sweetie, even though they don’t want to. Amen and GOD bless this America I choose to live in!

I hate to write a bad review especially in a time when blood and plasma donations are needed by so many right now, but I can not recommend this place to anyone. I came here to donate COVID plasma today and had a terrible experience. The girl taking care of me seemed to be in a rush and within minutes of sitting in the chair to start donating I knew something was wrong. Not sure exactly what happened because when I asked for an explanation I was never given a full one. I just know the infusion had to stop because I started bleeding from the tubing and had almost passed out. Some of the other women working were very kind and tried deescalating the situation, but the damage had been done. Now I am left with a bruise that is pretty scary looking. As someone who works in healthcare please do not rush when providing patient care even if it is just a blood draw.
