Michelle the middle aged blonde phlebotomist (about 55-60 years old) is super rude and condescending. Avoid her at all costs. I try to keep my mouth shut and just donate but sometimes it’s hard to do. Someone should talk to her about customer service and how she treats other employees is pretty bizarre.

I had an epic experience with the N. Spokane Vitalant location. The staff there are super comforting & positive. I’m gonna miss donating at that location, because I recently moved close to the Spokane Valley area.
