I was contacted by this company saying they needed urgent blood donations. They scheduled me for Friday (today) at 4:15. I drive down here only to find out they close at 2 on Friday. I have an email confirmation with this address. I guess they don’t need donations that badly.

I had a scheduled appt today. Arrived 15 mins early. They took in walk ins, was about hour behind. Two people in front of me to check, their appt was for much later in the day but they took them. Did not stay for my appt.

It’s extremely difficult to get scheduled for blood donations. I was told the people at the location could schedule it but I always am forced to call and they are not able to schedule the donation either. They have to transfer me to a department that doesn’t answer the phone and never returns the calls. It took me almost six months to get scheduled the last time.

I need an appointment for a therapeutic blood donation. But I can’t seem to get anyone to schedule me an appointment. Since this company took over, they have screwed up the appointment system. If I could this done somewhere else I would. But they seem to a monopoly!

So hey listen, I am super nervous when it comes to needles and blood. I have never given blood before for obvious reasons. The young lady they assigned to take care of me from the start could not have made the process any easier for me. We talked about the difference between tattoos and blood needles. UGH! She helped me with my questionnaire since I did not have my old man glasses with me. With the help from her coworker, who was also super cool, she cleaned up, and put a Band-Aid on the scratch I got from work. I hate that I can’t remember her name, but she called me my dear alot, and had braces. I just wanted to express my appreciation to her for making something that I was dreading so easy peasy. Thank you young lady for doing such a great job. I will make sure that you are there next time I come in. I won’t let anybody else take my blood.

Very caring and compassionate staff, clean facility, and overall great place to donate blood. The whole time I was there they made sure I was comfortable and instilled in me just how meaningful my donation is, and continuously thanked me for being willing to donate.

Please update your online system to check for blood donation eligibility/prescreening regarding international traveling. I took time off from work, traveled all the way to hear since you have traveled at xyz country so I am ineligible to donate. This thing must be prescreened online before giving the appointment to save time and money.

I went in yesterday to donate blood for the first time in probably 10 yrs. Kandy was the lady who helped me and she was awesome. The process took about an hour total. I got a little faint at the end and they jumped in so quickly and made feel so comfortable. I was very impressed with the whole experience.

This company sends me texts all the time, begging me for my blood, but when I show up they dont like my mask and say i have to wear thiers. Never donating again with them. I want to be altruistic and help others. I don’t expect to get paid but I will find a center where i can be comfortable when I donate. I’m halfway tempted to leave without donating. It doesn’t help that they left me sitting forever because of not liking my frustration with them.
