The staff was so nice, very professional. The appointment system on the website was easy to navigate. The automated notifications worked to remind me of my appointment and special considerations. The fast track questionnaire link was easy to follow from my reminder email. I appreciated that the address was a hyperlink I could open up in my GPS app because I drove from Moscow. They let me know when my next donation window opened up and I made my appointment for the next time while I waited my 15 minutes.This was truly a 5 Star donation experience. Thank you!!

The people at the labs are great but the people at the national level you are forced to deal with to make appointments and get on the web site to view your information could not be worse. I have spent 2 hours on the phone just trying to get a password and gave up. Also when they tell you they will email or text you something they never do

I have been donating for years! Our local people as well as support teams on the phone are so wonderful, well trained, supportive and fun. I am so happy I am able to help in any way I can and the visit each time is like seeing old and new friends.

They hit a nerve and over 4 weeks later I am still having some pain in my arm and numbness in my wrist and thumb. I emailed them and it took several days for anyone to respond. I got a message and then called back and haven’t heard from anyone since. They also sent me a letter sayingbthey had tried to contact me several times, but have only called that one time. I gave several gallons when it was INBC, but between the terrible hours in Pullman and this experience, I will not likely go back again.

Very nice, friendly staff and clean, well maintained center. It is a small place, but they do offer different types of donations and the employees do a good job of getting people in in a timely manor without sacrificing patient safety. Definitely will go back again for my next donation!
