I’ve been here to donate blood multiple times. Staff is always nice. If you have an appointment you will be in and out in a breeze. Place is very clean and sanitized.

Slow extremely slow when you’re giving away a gift for nothing in return you think that they would be happier to see you.

I went to donate blood yesterday, and I just have to say how well my experience was. I was very nervous about donating but my nurse, Julie, did her job so well — along with the other workers too. Julie made me comfortable and calmed me throughout the appointment. I felt almost nothing and ended up with no bruises. I say this because last time I gave blood, (at another location), it hurt and gave me a gnarly bruise. But there is great service and this branch. And I would definitely donate my blood here the next time I donate.

I was a walk-in, and instead of being greeted by a smile or a hello, the phlebotomist and the receptionist gave each other “the look” with very obvious deep breaths and then mumbled at each other. The receptionist then asked me “do you have an appointment?” They obviously knew that I didn’t, but I smiled and said no. The receptionist gave me a curt smile and proceeded to say, “yeah, we close in 30min and are already backed up, so can I make you an appoi tment to come back?” I said no, I work 3 jobs and don’t have a set schedule, but was able to stop by. She gave me a lovely speel to explain the prizes for next week to entice me to come back, gave me the 1-800 number, and said they were most likely to “pick up their calls”. I told her I am familiar, because they call me all the time, as I am O- and my blood is needed frequently. I just smiled, wished her a good afternoon, and left. As a whole-blood donation, with the fast-paced app, it would have been an in-n-out donation, but yes, they were just too busy and were gonna be closing soon… not my 1st time at this particular donation center, and they have never been too pleasant or friendly…

I love donating here! Super nice people and I know that even though blood and needles scare me, it’s for the best reason I must face my fears! People need us ~ give what you can. ❤️ I rode my bike to them! Worth it!

Yes, these are very nice people that are trying to help people they call me when I haven’t given blood in a while which is good because it reminds me to do my part to help our world if I can and most of us can give blood and I’m starting to realize how very important it can be
