I have been with them for a few years. I had a confirmed appointment with them I set on line. I drove across vegas only to be told they don’t take day-of appointments and they turned me away. They say blood is needed but turn people away.

I donated blood during the pandemic to help do my part. Then the phone calls began, asking me to donate repeatedly. They started becoming incessant. I have requested countless times that they stop calling and told them I would donate when I have time. Two and and half years since they began, the harassing phone calls continue. I will never donate blood to Vitalant again.
