The staff is amazing. Extremely friendly fast and easy. Took my daughter today for her first time and they made her feel comfortable. She did pass out after they were done and the reaction on staying calm and assisting her was on point. I asked my daughter if she would go back and do it again in the future and she said yes. Her experience was good even with the little road bump she had. Understanding and following the procedures are easy. People do have to understand that if you cant donate it is policy.
