Dirty place. Walked in , young man chewing gum with is mouth open. Regular clothes texting on his phone non- stop. Rocking back and forth on his chair. No name tag. SsShort woman black greasy hair, name badge turned so could not see name.

Way too crowded in mid-April. I have an uncommon blood type and have given blood often at work blood drives. Way too crowded at the Lake Bluff site in mid-April. Had an appointment. Was told to take a seat. No seat to be had. Many people standing! Waiting area was over-flowing. No social distancing at a blood drive? Really? We left.

Disappointed. I’ve donated here multiple times, even once during COVID-19. I went in yesterday and noticed the staff seemed very nonchalant regarding new protocols. All had masks, but they were either not covering their noses, or below chins. I’m going to try another location.

Best Experience Ever!!! I have been donating in Schaumburg for many years and moved to Lake Zurich. I tried to donate at Arlington Heights and did not have a nice experience over the phone. I went for the first time to Lake Bluff and they ladies there were AMAZING! Sweet, thoughtful, careful, clean and so inviting and I cannot wait to go to my next appointment! I want everyone to go there at least once. Happy Holidays.
