NEVER AGAIN! I donated at my school on one of there buses. Not even 5 minutes in I start feeling bad and tell the lady I don’t feel good. She tells me I’m fine and eventually I ask her to take the needle out 3 times… she DOES NOT! I was throwing up the whole time and they didn’t stop taking my blood the whole time.. I ended up in the ER.. I wouldn’t recommend.. at least not those ladies on that bus

It is amazing to see the teamwork and effort being put in. When I am there! I see some leaving comments about being contacted so often but I also get it, being everyone is so short on blood. Lives are at stake, im sure we can help and if not shrug off an extra call from the staff that are there trying to better lives of people that desperately need blood!

I absolutely regret donating blood with these people. They call me 1 to 2 times a week even when I already had an appointment made. They called me the day after I went to donate even though I couldn’t donate due to my hemoglobin. I’ve asked to be taken off their list and it doesn’t happened. I called the office in Bertrand and asked to be taken off the list and they transferred me to someone who wouldn’t answer the phone. BEWARE!!!!!!!

I was a first time donor with this company. I have not received my results they promised and still can’t login to check. It’s like I donated and it was lost. I call the customer service phone number and they tell me to keep trying it will work. It’s been two weeks with no answer. They are unorganized and not professional. I won’t use this company anymore.

Last 2 time’s I have been there the service was slower than a cow. Time from singing in to actually getting in a chair to give blood is 45 to a hour. Sorry it should not take that long when 2 to 3 chairs are open.
