I donated whole blood this morning and the experience was great. I was early, but they took me back right away. The place was very clean. The chairs were nice and comfy. The staff was very friendly and personable.

Vitalant never removes you from their contact list. I have told 3 people to remove me from their email and call lists. I have 5 blocked numbers on my phone and on the last call they got around it. Remember this is a business.

DO NOT COME HERE. Jamie was extremely rude with me. Kept repeatedly asking if I had an appointment after the nice lady up front told her I did. I tried to show her my confirmation email and she would even look or acknowledge me. After waiting almost 30 minutes because the their system went down. I know that’s not the rude ladies fault. But if you want people’s time and blood donation maybe don’t treat them like garbage. I promptly cancled all future appointments.
