I enjoy coming here to donate. It takes me less than an hour to donate whole blood, including the 15-minutes rest at the end. They are open every single day including Christmas day and New Year’s day. The staffs are always friendly. I’ve been donating 5 to 6 times a year in the last 11 years since I moved to Fargo. I always schedule my next appointment before I leave so I won’t miss it when I can donate again. Love the snacks and their rewards program.

This is an amazing location to date for me and my fiancés first time the customer service was amazing from my greeting with the front desk staff& all the way to the phlebotomist. I was a bit nervous my first donation Alex, Wendy , and Kayla are all attentive and helpful through the whole process. I was there for about an hour. Thank you for all your help and all you do to make it a pleasant experience keep up the good work .

This place is wonderful very clean and wonderful workers. They all make it very easy to give blood. Started giving blood in 2017 and still going strong. If you are on the fence on whether to give or not go give it a try. Great snacks after your donation are provided.

I came to donate AB- blood because my red blood cell count is high too high to even donate my first attempt.

I donated blood with this awesome group of people today. Kaylee helped me and it was just a wonderful experience. Normally, people mess up with my veins but she got it first try and was very funny and sweet. Tasty snacks available topped off with an amazing staff. 12/10 recommend. Go save a life today! Just remember, B+.

Great place to donate blood! I just donated for the first time here, and it was a great experience. They made sure I was comfortable, gave me snacks and drinks, and walked me through everything. Totally recommend coming here!

Great staff. I’ve had no issues with donation delays or excessive waiting. I’ve donated here exclusively for over 4 years every three months. Never an issue with delays or impolite staff.

I have been a blood donor in two cities in N.D. They are grateful and professional.

Their intentions are noble, but do not seek employment here. If you consider yourself a model employee, then they will work you into the ground with little thanks or appreciation for your effort. If you are a horrible employee, they will joyfully cater to your every whim or demand. Please know, that due to their egregious work ethic and resultant employee shortages, they do not have the human capacity to fulfill the man-hours necessary to completely utilize your “free” donations. So as a concerned member of the general public, you should ask them about the specific quantity of blood that gets discarded on a weekly basis due to the lack of personnel needed to make products from it before it expires. They are, literally, wasting your donations.

I have been a long time donor up until now. For ten years it would take between 25-35 minutes for entire donation. The last time I went will BE THE LAST TIME I EVER DONATE THERE AGAIN. After waiting fifteen minutes past my scheduled appt. I was asked to do the questionarre myself on the computer and then just push a button to turn a light on and they would be right back to continue donation. After pushing light I waited in room ten minutes staring at wall before becoming irratated. I then opened door and waited a few more minutes after not seeing anyone around I finally walked up to front desk to wait another couple minutes for someone to come to give me my Drivers License back also to tell them I was leaving. They said just wait and they will find the girl helping me, I said no thanks and if this is how they treat people who come to donate blood so they can sell it for $2500 they were crazy. I wish there was somewhere I could donate that truley appreciated it.
