I am required to do quartely theraputic blood draws..and after a horrible experience a year ago at the McKnight facility, quit doing them. Decided to try the Cranberry facility, and I am so glad I did. Quick and painless, Cheryl and Donna, you gals are the best. Caring and empathetic, gentle and understanding, just what the Dr. ordered. They refused to do my husband’s special donation blood draw and they endangered his life because they didn’t approve of the thin mask that he wore. Even though he is exempt due to his medical condition. Do not use this facility as they do not care about the well being of the donors. This is not the first time they have given my husband a hard time. Each time it was by a woman named Cheryl Bartos. They will be hearing from our lawyer for discrimination and endangerment. If anything happens to my husband because they refused to do the medical procedure then they will be held accountable to the highest degree.

The staff is always great here, I have been coming to this location for a number of years, more frequently now as a platelet donor so I see different staff sometimes. Everyone is great, I am pretty relaxed about everything but for anyone that might be nervous or reluctant, please consider donating if you are eligible (see the website) and make an appointment and just ask questions; one good experience is all you need to help save lives!
