I’ve donated many, many times, but always at a blood drive. Don’t get me wrong, they are great, but this blood center really is amazing! The staff is friendly, everyone greeted me and everyone else that came in, with a smile. Tanner was the one that took me in and took my blood, he was fantastic. Definitely worth positive a 5 star review!

I had a 10:30 appointment to give platelets. I walked in 15 minutes late. Told by the person at front desk I was late and could not give. I said “it takes 2 hours to give platelets. Wait our they doing with the chair I would have been using? She spoke with another lady and told me I could give whole blood or make another appointment. I just drove 15 miles to the center. Obviously, Versiti has more than enough platelets to help cancer patients. I have given for over 10 years and never been treated so poorly. Do not use this center.

Super crabby people. They stuck me and couldn’t get the blood started (my veins tend to move). Basically yelled at me and told me to drink more water and we’re super unpleasant about the whole situation. Definitely does not make me want to come back.

We just had the worst experience that we have ever had at the West Bend center. We had a 8:30 appointment and when we arrived the donation hours were change. We were not notified of any changes and could not make a donation. My husband said if it wasn’t for the people that benefit from our donations we would never do it again!
