Your blood will always stay local first, but now we will have even more access to rare and unique blood types to help meet the needs of Illinois hospital patients in need. You know, you would think that for being people whose only job is to draw blood every day, they would at least be able to actually draw blood. I brought my friend in to get her blood drawn here and she was stuck several times with the needle by several different workers in both arms, and they couldn’t manage to draw even a single drop of blood. Mind you, she has had blood drawn before so it’s not like she has abnormally small veins or anything. Her arms were left bruised and hurting because of them digging around so much. The same type of situation happened to another friend that had come to this place as well. This is ridiculous and these people need to get re-trained.

Really helpful place and I’m grateful for all the work they are doing. The past times I’ve donated blood, I’ve gotten a t-shirt and a free pass to Raging Waves water park. They provide free refreshments after the blood draw and the folks keep you both entertained and are very generous. Definitely go here, you may be someone’s life.
