My mom has been coming here for years and was always treated nicely. The last time she went (January 30th) she was waiting to be seen for a long time when 2 workers spent their time talking. When my mom asked to be seen they gave her dirty looks and my mom no longer felt comfortable being there. This place has never made my mom feel bad, specially since SHE donates HER blood.

This place is trash. From the way they don’t respect appointment times, to how they talk, and thru can never find a vein. They cant need blood too badly since they have such subpar workers that have to turn away donors. I’m done. 10 out of 10 done wasting my time here.

Came in for my appointment. I was told I’m not in their system and I am not on the schedule for today and I will have to reschedule now. They didn’t know what I was coming in for, told me I need my antibodies tested for covid when I already provided the results for my testing. I wanted to donate my plasma for a good cause but I will do that elsewhere. This is a very unprofessional place.
