Had a great experience here. They put me at ease, despite my fear of needles. The only negative is they are not open on weekends, and the website clearly states the opposite.

I asked about their hours and was told Monday and Thursday 10-6. I showed up on three consecutive Mondays and Thursdays and the door was locked and a sign said they were closed. The third time I had made an appointment for that afternoon, but they were still closed. They never called to reschedule. I give up. From now on I’ll donate in Greeley. I’ve never had any trouble there.

Extremely antiquated system. I travel frequently and every time I donate they spend literally 20 minutes re-writing, by hand, every place I’ve traveled to over the years. This is totally inefficient and a waste of everyone’s time including mine. I previously donated blood in Greeley and for over 15 years they had this information stored in their system. I’m sure they could collect significantly more blood if time wasn’t wasted hand writing every date and location. This information is entered into their computer so it could easily be PRINTED. My guess is whoever is mandating this process is incapable of turning on an iPad and probably still uses a flip phone. Please, for everyone’s sake update this process.

I used to give every 3 months at this location, but now they are never open. I’m going to have to make time during working hours to drive to another city, which means I’m much less likely to donate. That’s unfortunate because I have O+ blood and I’m willing to donate regularly.
