Melvin is so amazing. He has some angelic hands. Never misses.His energy and positive vibes are a whole mood. Everyone there is really,really nice. Like not one bad thing about anyone there. If I remembered names better I’d name them all. Really recommend this place. Especially if you’ve never donated before this place is perfect. Let’s not forget to mention it’s ALWAYS CLEAN!! Like I can’t stress this enough they are so on top of it.I’m more than impressed.

Been donating for a little over a year now and this center is the best. Between the front end staff (Nikki and Carmen) to the backend phlebotomists (Melvin and Erica), the expertise is top tier. They are not only welcoming but accommodating to all my needs when I come in to donate. Kudos to TH Plasma Fairlawn for having an exemplary staff and caring for us patients correctly 🙂

I visited this location a few times my first visit I was taken very good care of by a young man name Melvin and young lady name Erika . The environment is relaxing and very clean. Every staff member has been /is professional and good at what they do. I recommend this facility to any one interested in donating Plasma. Thank you thplasma of Fairlawn. ❣️

Had a great experience here and it was my first time donating. Front desk was seamless in the screening process and the phlebotomist were very knowledgeable: explained the plasmapheresis process well, very attentive to detail and ensured safety and comfort. Very warm welcoming staff overall

My 1st experience is good at the front desk & w/the nurse BUT, for a medical facility, the bathrooms are disgusting! There was urine all over the floor in both bathrooms! I couldn’t step anywhere without stepping in urine. I have to rinse the bottom of my sneakers with water – the water machine doesn’t have enough water, by the way. So after donating, the customers have to perhaps purchase water elsewhere. I’ve donated at other centers and water and snacks were provided. ALSO, their bathrooms were SPOTLESS! PLEASE HAVE A CLEANER CLEAN DURING THE DAY. No medical facility should have filthy bathrooms!

I have donated it 5 different plasma centers and TH Plasma is by far the best. Every employee is kind and caring. Melvin is an excellent philbodist. He is the only one who has never caused me to bruise. I highly recommend TH Plasma
