I would love to say my time working here was pleasant, but unfortunately as Carolina Aguirre took over as center manager, I was harassed and discriminated against. Carolina took every opportunity to spread my personal business to other employees and made unprofessional comments about me to both coworkers and family members. She ranted about my hours and how she did not want me as an employee. She also asked other staff members to let me know to quit and find a new job. Carolina also disclosed to some employees that she was personally looking for reasons to fire me. She refused to let me use my sick hours despite giving her ample notice the day before when I had fallen ill. She refused my PTO days that were given with weeks notice so that I could move house. It was overridden by the CEO of the company after pleading my case directly. Carolina took every opportunity to make me feel uncomfortable and targeted with commentary about my work ethic, my health, etc and disclosed personal information to whom it did not concern. She should not be center manager.

There is definitely a lack of respect between the owner and donors. 40$. Really? Like you actually look significantly skinnier aftwr a few donation, put some respect on the money man. Back then it was a bit more. I try my best not to condone that, but it’s just closer than CSL and I do need the money at times. Staff is great and friendly tho, place is always clean.

I called to inquire about new donor incentives and I’m glad I did. I would’ve been pissed had I drove a hour away to find out their new donor “bonus” is $60 for the first 5 visits, then $40 after those 5 visits.

37 dollars to people who donate? The cheapest payoutout of any other local plasma centers. Really they are taking advantageof low income communities by giving out meal money. They need to raise the payout or move to white communities, respectfully.

The staff is cool as hell very helpful at times, but they need more worker. I don’t like the owner cutting our payments to $40 -$45 dollars now so, he can save money . It used to be $40 dollars your first visit then $65 your second donation for that week. We don’t get notified about any changes through our email or anything mentioned on their website either. I still will come until I find another Plasma Center that PAYS MORE!!! And I don’t understand how you run out of cups and crackers for us, and fire people when you need all the help you can get. So, I just wasted my time coming up here because on their website it say 7:00pm and 6:15pm today one of the staff says we close at 6pm on Sundays . My advices is find another Plasma Center!!!I Today is Thursday and at 2:27pm I called to check am I good to come in later. I know who I was speaking with by her voice and it’s Jason’s Wife or Girlfriend! I don’t understand how if you can come twice in a week why does it have to be your set days?? So, I called back and you want to know why unh??? Because once I asked her a question she placed me on hold and I guess she was hoping I hang up the phone. I wait, wait, and waited until she hangs up on me or had a sidekick do it. Real people have respect for themselves and others and don’t act a certain way, Without (US)!!! You Wouldn’t Have Any Person to hang up on God Bless US.

Such a shame :/ this place is so nice and everyone’s lovely- but they just keep cutting the cost. It used to be $60 til Jan it turned to $40 every donation now it’s less than $30 (25)?? You definitely don’t want us to donate if this is how it is. not worth it anymore

Honestly, I’m over Thplasma. Stop coming to this location or at least be prepared for what you are getting yourself and others into. I’ve been coming here consistently for over a year now so I’ve definitely gained some knowledge from this place.

Most of the staff is nice, and it barely hurts when they start the venipuncture. The one that I dislike is the young man with the piercing on his right cheekbone. He stabbed me so hard with the needle the last time I was there that it was very painful while I was trying to donate. I even told him that he hurt me and he didn’t seem to care. It was bruised for a few days after that.
