I love the Blood Connection! The staff was really nice and accommodating when I told them I had a bad experience the first time I donated blood. Inside they have monitors with Roku so you can watch TV while you donate blood. It’s nice to know that they work with local hospitals so that each donation impacts the community we’re in.

Excellent, wonderful, and fantastic are three words of many I could use to describe the experience I had at a Blood Connection bus in Pooler, GA recently. Mrs. Kim and Contessa were friendly, helpful, and very experienced in taking my donation and making sure to review all the needed info about donating. I have donated before but I can say that they would be great with first time donors as well. Please everyone in the area consider donating more to help the blood shortage, and I highly recommend The Blood Connection as the place give!

I had a really great time giving blood with the blood connection today! My nurse, Contessa, was super informative and helpful when it came to caring for me as a patient. Today, April 27th 2021, was mine and my girlfriend’s second visit and donation with The Blood Connection’s Bloodmobile. They visited again at One Hampton Lake so we did our part again. AWESOME STAFF. Great environment on the bus. Very clean and sanitary yet welcoming. The attitude of the staff brings a lot to the table. Contessa, Kim and the other girls are really on point. I have always been a Red Cross person, having donated over 10 gallons so far in my lifetime. I will definitely be a return donor to this organization now! Thanks ladies for welcoming and taking such good care of us today. Look forward to next time

I visited The Blood Connection recently and when I arrived no one was upfront to greet me. I waited a few minutes before I heard voices and peeked around the corner to get someone’s attention. Even though the process was fast and easy, the staff didn’t seem to engaged. After I donated I was offered snacks and water and I also received a tshirt and hat. I just hope that other customers are acknowledged upon arrival and the staff peps up a little and show they care a little more.
