Great staff!! I have donated plasma 4 times now and give blood once. I have not had an unpleasant experience to date. Staff friendly and time goes by so fast because of their generosity and interaction with the clients.

I would give this place 5 stars, the staff were so friendly and knowledgable, the facilities were clean and comfortable, great amenities, but the problem is the constant phone calls. I was called at least 2-3 times a week to donate again after my first donation for the past 3 months. No matter how many times I have asked to be taken off the list, sent them to voicemail, or answered and said no, the calls won’t stop. If that wasn’t so annoying I would for sure go back and donate.

You advertise that there is a need for blood. I make an appointment, complete the paperwork online and arrive after work to help with that need. BUT YOU DON’T HONOR MY APPOINTMENT AND TAKE WALK-IN’S AHEAD OF ME.

I was donating whole blood there and they left the tourniquet on the entire time which its not supposed to be on for longer than 60 seconds i imagine to speed up the process and i feel they where using a bigger needle than most places but now i have a huge bruise left over from the tourniquet and i feels as though the needle is stuck in my arm
