I went in this morning to give platelets for the first time and it was a great experience. Joni took care of me through the whole process, she was nothing less than fabulous plus all the ladies there came by to check on me..I will be back again soon to give again..Highly Recommended

This was a van in Columbia sc. My experience was a nightmare. No one will call me back so I can get my blood type. Their web site doesn’t work. They give you a donor#that doesn’t work, no one answers the phone their gift cards don’t work. I got really sick because they didn’t take correct care of me. Now they refuse to answer my calls… n stay away from these shysters
