I love to donate blood but the staff here is very unprofessional. Steadily screaming across the building. Calling donators dumb for not knowing room 1 is called the blue room now. Well on behalf of all the donators we apologize for our intelligence not being on your level. We did not know we we’re in the presence of geniuses.

Bortie was absolutely wonderful, kind, funny, and he had excellent skills! He got the needle in my vein on the first stick. He was more than willing to accommodate my requests since I’ve had difficult experiences giving blood in the past. He talked with me and told corny jokes 🙂 during the entire process, which helped me keep my mind off the giving blood. Bortie was fabulous!

I have been donating at this location for past two years. I have never had a bad experience. Saying that, I also want to add that I am a very agreeable person. I love the light banter that these employees have together and with their donors. I even have my daughter going with me now. It’s not supposed to be painless, and depending on our diet and body makeup, we are either an easy draw or not. If someone doesn’t get it on the first try they stop immediately and get someone to help.
