If it wasn’t for the management and staff team there I would not be a 1gallon platelet donor as of today. Every time I’m there donating I watch these ladies comfort and address me and 3 or 4 other donors at the same time. They are non stop and amazing at what they do. True heros they are! I’d like to thank this center for helping me do my part and give back to our community and for making every donation experience a fulfilled one. Special request…please add honeybuns to yall’s arsenal of sweets. Thank you in advance.

A great team. The manger (Darlin and formerly Jennifer) and her group are “The Best In Class”. They are professional, friendly, and have a ‘soft’ touch. The will make you feel welcome and appreciated. But most of all, they want you to enjoy the experience and spread the word to ‘please donate’.

They always take great care of me and hubby when we donate. I’m a scary cat and theu take a few extra minutes and make sure I’m okay. We try to go at least 4x a year, and every time has been pleasantly quick.

I would give this place a negative star if I could. I went to donate to try to help. Instead of just being okay with the blood I was donating they wanted more. I said no many times. Then a different woman came in the room and continued to pressure me. I should have just walked out. I didn’t. They would not leave me alone about giving more. I am disgusted with this place. I wasn’t prepared to give that much. It made me sick and feel dizzy. They didn’t believe me. Very very disappointed about this.
