Didn’t know you had to be a brain surgeon or a rocket scientist to donate. They said my pulse was a bit high, turned me away and the guy said “Some people are not mentally ready to donate.” Okay, plus their machines seem to be down, had to move to 3 different chairs just to get going. So why should I trust their pulse taker? They never explained the check-in procedure and they say “You checked in early!” I ask what time is it? She said 8:35. My appointment was at 8:15. She said well you could still be waiting if we had more people come in before you, so wait for your appointment time to check in. Wait, you’re 20 minutes late calling me because others came in before me and didn’t have an appointment, yet I’m the stupid one for making one and checking in a few minutes early. Why even make us make an appointment it they are not going to keep it? And I’m the stupid one.

The staff here is awesome!! I have been coming for years and have always had a good experience. I love seeing familiar faces when I go in as a lot of the staff stays the same over time. Katie, Hannah, Jenni, etc. everyone is great and make sure that you are taken care of and get a few laughs in while you donate!

I’ve only had a couple of times where I didn’t have a bruise after my donation. I recently had two employees at this location I have had a phenomenal experience during the process. Micheal took my advice not to put it in too deep and I healed in less than 2 days with no bruise. He was attentive and very good at his job. Ricky also gave me that same care and it went in so fast it was virtually painless. Thanks to these 2 employees I can heal faster, experience less pain and that means I can HAPPILY donate more often. Give em a raise!

I’ve been going here consistently for 2 years and would recommend if you’re seeking to sell plasma. The staff is friendly and professional. The center is clean and comfortable. I once had a bad donation (my own fault for eating poorly prior) and the staff reaction was immediate, caring, and understanding. They pay well and have consistent bonuses and prizes. It’s about all you could ask of this kind of operation.

All of the staff has been exceptional and so helpful. Everyone is friendly and I have never had issues. It is clean and easy to check in. Ricky and Shari are attentive and great phlebotomists. They make my experience pleasant. As someone who is smaller in weight the pay is also better than other centers.
