This was my first time donating plasma and it was a great experience! The first visit took about two and a half hours but it didn’t feel that long, they keep you moving by reading forms, filling out paper etc. Everyone was so nice and informative, I was a little nervous about the needle part but Ryan (I think that’s her name) did so good, it was pain free she gave me tips to help speed up process and made me feel safe by checking up on me. All the patients there seemed so happy and comfortable with the staff.

Been coming here for probably 2 months now and it always seems that Saturday is their busiest day. It is very disappointing because I also feel like they are always understaffed as well. It is rather frustrating. I feel like they need to have more employees staffed at least early in the day to handle the volume of donors they receive.

I was a little bit scared to donate plasma at first but once in the back the energy was so lively great music playing it made me feel comfortable enough to relax my donations are taking only 30 minutes that’s pretty fast and has a lot to do with the great vibes in this plasma center. I won’t donate anywhere else.

Best place to go. Fees are good. Yvonne and ryann and top tier phlebotomists. Ask for them if you ever come around. All staff is friendly as well. Makes you feel very welcomed.
